Instead of heavy caffeine, cacao is primarily known for a similar but milder stimulant called theobromine. The combination provides sustained energy without the jitters associated with coffee. Good for nightime or anytime to satisfy that sweet craving and still be healthy. We recommend a pinch of salt to enhance the flavour.
